If your party is under 10 bedrooms, you can book your Christmas party night meal and overnight accommodation online by clicking here. We’ll ask for full payment for your whole party when you book online. Unless you hear otherwise from us then you’re all booked in. If you’re trying to book more than 10 bedrooms together, then you’ll have to complete the online enquiry form and we’ll be back in touch with you. Click here to enquire.
Your £30 deposit is non refundable however any additional money paid will be refunded until the point where all money is due – 8 weeks before your party. If you cancel within 8 weeks of your Party night, your payments will be non-refundable and cannot be used against other products or services. All cancellations can be made online.
We will ask you for your party name when your book online, if you’re all booking separately, you’ll need to use the same lead party name so that we can sit you all together.
Don't worry, just because you are the organiser it doesn't mean you have to pay for everyone. Once you've chosen your party name just let everyone know it and they can book their own ticket.
They just need to make sure they use the same party name and add it to their booking on the online form.

We will ask you for your party group name when booking, it is important that everyone in your party uses the same party group name so that we know to sit you all together at the party night. There will be a table plan at the entrance to direct you to your table.
If your party is under 12, then you’ll probably be sharing your table with other guests – it’s a great way to make new friends. If you’re party is over 12 guests, then you’ll be split over tables but we’ll make sure the tables are close together.
If you cancel within 8 weeks of your Party Night, the total cost of your party night is fully chargeable and full payment must be settled.
We will ask you for your party group name when booking, it is important that everyone in your party uses the same party group name so that we know to sit you all together at the party night.
We will also try to allocate bedrooms together, but we can’t promise this.

Dinner starts at 7:30pm – we’ll take your orders on the night. If anyone in your group has any allergies or dietary requirements, just let us know by 1 October 2024.
Drinks can be purchased by cash, credit or debit card or add them to your room account. Or take away the stress by pre-ordering your drinks; ask you Party Co-ordinator for more details.
Check-in is from 4:00pm although you’re welcome to use the resorts facilities from 11:00am on your arrival day until 5:00pm on your departure day. Check-out is 11:00am.
You’ll find us on Innerleithan Road, in Peebles. If you trust your Sat Nav, enter EH45 8LX and look out for our signs.
Yes. There is FREE parking on our estate that operates on a first come, first serve basis.
Breakfast will be in the Restaurant every morning from 7.30am – 10:00am.
Yes. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel – and it’s free. Open your browser, log in and away you go.
You’ll find a cash machine in town, beside the Post Office – it’s only a 10 minute walk.
Some plans do change and if you cancel your Party night up to 8 weeks before your party only your deposit payment & any additional payments towards your booking is retained (this includes payments towards bedroom supplements and payments for adding on additional spaces after the point in which your initial booking was made). If you cancel within 8 weeks of your Party night, your remaining balance must be settled, full payment will be non-refundable, and cannot be used against other products or services. All cancellations can be made online.
