At the time of booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit will be taken and the final balance will be due on 31 October 2024, a secure SOTpay link will be sent to you to make payment. If you were to cancel before the 31 October 2024, you will forfeit your deposit and any additional payments made. Similarly, if you were to cancel on/after this date the full amount for the booking will be forfeited. Any bookings made after 31 October 2024 will be fully pre-paid and non-refundable. All three-night Christmas packages start on 24 December until 27 December 2024. All two-night inclusive Hogmanay packages start on 30 December until 2 January 2025.
